Another day, another new feature. We continue to focus on communication. This time, we hit up popular microblogging service Twitter.

Twitter is a service that allows any person to communicate with others by posting a quick update about what they're doing, sharing a link to a web site, finding out information about something they're interested in, and a plethora of other things. It has also become an incredibly useful tool for businesses to be able to help, assist, and communicate directly with their customers.

If you have a question, comment, or anything else you want to say to us, just send a tweet to @TexasSutler. Head over to Twitter to learn more about it.

Texas Sutler continues to look for ways to make communicating with us as simple as possible in methods our customers prefer. As more and more people in the world become equipped with mobile phones, it was only natural that we include Text Messaging (also known as SMS) as a way to contact Texas Sutler.

To contact Texas Sutler by Text Message, send a message to (281) 668-5068. That's it! We can either then respond to you by text message or give you a ring depending on the complexity of the response. We hope this new contact option is of great benefit to our customers.

Remember that text messages are limited to 160 characters and standard messaging rates by your carrier may apply.

Welcome to the first in the series of posts highlighting some of the new features on Texas Sutler. One of the biggest changes we've made is our checkout process. Texas Sutler now accepts payment from all major credit cards using PayPal or Google Checkout (as well as bank accounts via PayPal). As we are using these third party services, the process of checking out will be a little different. Don't worry. We have you covered in this guide to explain how it all works.

Since the beginning of the year, visitors of Texas Sutler may have noticed browsing the site had been rather troublesome. Weird errors, slow load times, odd checkout problems. If it wasn't one thing, it was another. But why all the trouble?

(Warning: We're about to get very geeky here.)
